Electio is made with 100% Xarel-lo grapes, a variety indigenous to the Penedès region. The grapes come from vineyards over 80 years old, located in areas with special soils and microclimates. This wine is part of a collection of Parés Baltà Microcuvées, an exclusive selection of organic and biodynamic wines produced in very limited quantities, only in the best years.
Tasting notes
Clear yellow with light green hues.
Intense aromas of very ripe fruit and flowers with a mineral undertone.
Delicate and complex. Rich with a silky texture coming from the battonage. Again loads of fruit and flowers, with woody hints.
Pleasant long finish.
