Cvrsvs Vitea 2020 is a Barbera d'Asti DOCG red wine from Piedmont. It shows ripe cherry fruit, floral lift and the appetising acidity typical of Barbera. TERROIR: the wine comes from the Terre Alfieri hills around San Damiano d'Asti, an area of calcareous clay slopes between Asti and Roero. These soils suit Barbera because they keep freshness and perfume in a naturally generous red variety. SERVING: serve at 16 to 18 C with tajarin, veal, salumi, pizza or medium aged cheese.
