Gamaret Barrique 2019 is a powerful red wine from Neuchatel, made from the Swiss Gamaret variety. Its dark berry fruit and peppery spice are framed by a firm, generous structure. WINEMAKING: ageing for 24 months in barrique brings polished oak and toasted complexity. The wine has 14.5% alcohol and enough structure for rich savoury dishes. SERVING: serve at 16 to 18 C with venison, grilled beef, braised dishes or aged hard cheese.
