An organic red wine from Ribera del Duero made from 100% Tinto Fino Grapes from bush vines that are 15 to 30 years old, cultivated free of chemicals, using biodynamic methods, non-irrigated and without any wire support. Cold skin maturation is applied in order to obtain a high aromatic character and colour with a low input of tannins. Aged for 8 months in 2nd and 3rd-year-old 400L barrels of French oak Ribera del Duero is an area with rich soils and extreme climate conditions; scarce rainfalls throughout the year and temperatures ranging from -20°C to 35°C ideal for vine growing.
