Porfidio 2G is a single malt whisky that stays true to its raw material and terroir. Produced in small, single vintage batches of 100% single variety, malted Blue Barley grown in New South Wales. Porfidio 2G is double distilled in copper pot stills, aged in ex-tequila 110-litre American Oak casks, non-chill filtered, and free of additives. Each bottle displays the vintage year, barrel & bottle number written by hand.
Tasting notes
Light straw yellow.
A subtle smokiness followed by malt, honey, citrus and wood aromas.
Sweet- buttery barley malt, fresh citrus notes, warm honey and fresh whole wheat bread
