Tasting notes
Intense aromas of brown sugar, melon and citrus fruit.
Bold and complex. Sweet notes of plum, grapes and caramelized fruit. A drop of water opens up notes of buttercream and some spices. Very Smooth texture.

The distillery was founded in 2005 by the King Car Group and named after the indigenous natives who originally inhabited the area located in the northeast of Taiwan. The sub-tropical island climate and the blending skills of world-class master blender Ian Chang and specialist Dr Jim Swan make Kavalan whisky unique in its class.
