The Juniper Tree Gin by Porfidio is made by combining agave spirit, fermented fresh berries, and a bouquet of desert flowers, such as Agave, Tuna Cactus, and Pitaya Cactus blossoms. Then, to create the perfect balance, it is harmonized with unfermented agave stem juice and matured for five years in Castanea Sativa casks. This gin proudly bears its unfiltered nature, preserving its rich character and natural essence. The Juniper Tree Gin comes in a biophotonic glass bottle designed to shield the liquid from harmful light rays. The label is crafted from negatively embossed Japanese paper, a subtle nod to the precision and care in every aspect of its creation. The Juniper Tree Gin by Porfidio was partially distilled in Mexico and Germany in 2016 and bottled in 2021.
