For this rum, Spirited Union combines distilled Valencia & Curaçao oranges with their barrel-aged Jamaican rum to create a lively spirit with citrus and sweet notes.
To create a flavourful fusion fresh ginger root is added for a hint of spiciness. The freshness of the ginger perfectly complements the sweet taste of sugar cane.
For this creation, Spirited Union infused their Barbados rum with four fine botanicals. Through a maceration process of 55 days, delicate aromas of Guatemalan cardamom are extracted to bring out bright, citrus and floral notes. Cloves and vanilla from Madagascar for their sweet and spicy aromas and Peruvian cacao for its deep richness.
Finally, a pinch of Añana sea salt is added to enhance the flavours and aromas. The salt's great purity and high mineral content perfectly compliment the deep flavours of the rum.
