Composed of 30 botanicals including rhubarb roots macerated by hand and juniper berries, this liqueur is made according to artisanal methods dating back to the 1920s. Serve with a large green olive to create the perfect blend of balance and flavour.
Tasting notes
Intense with bitter notes from roots and barks. Spicy and tropical notes come through at mid-palate complimenting the citrus notes.
The finish is pleasant and persistent with fresh and rich notes from the essential oils.
