Sweet, spicy and very intense. This is an an aromatic liqueur made from the maceration of allspice berries also known as Jamaican Pepper and fine Jamaican Rum. English explorers coined the term allspice because the berry seemed to embody the flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove all at once.
