At Ballindalloch near Ben Rinnes in Speyside, Glenfarclas has been owned by the Grant family since John Grant acquired it in 1865. Direct-fired stills and traditional dunnage warehouses remain part of the distillery’s production. Its Family Casks collection draws on stocks from individual vintages, with each release selected and bottled from a single cask.
