Kelt Cognac embarks on a three-month Tour du Monde inspired by the old-world, sea voyage maturation method. During this time, movement and temperature variations cause significant evaporation, enough to lower alcohol levels, amplifying the spirit's flavours and increasing the interaction with the wood. Kelt X.O is produced from a blend of 21 Grande Champagne cognacs, double matured in French limousine casks, and bottled unchill filtered.
