A single vintage, single-origin artisanal Agave spirit. Porfidio Añejo XXO " The Maximus" is crafted from 100% Blue Agave, sourced exclusively from Jalisco. The juice from the agave is cold-pressed to ensure a reduced methanol content and to create an ultra-smooth spirit. This small-batch spirit is then aged eight years in a single American White Oak Virgin Barrel. Porfidio is presented in a hand-made glass bottle with a green cactus figurine and a metallic label for a sparkling effect. Non-chill filtered, 100% free of additives and artificial colour.
