Topanito Tequila is produced at the most awarded distillery in Mexico, Destiladora Del Valle de Tequila, also known as the legendary Casa Maestri distillery in Jalisco. Crafted according to traditional methods with 100% Blue Weber Agave sourced from long-term suppliers in the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco. The agave is slowly roasted in brick ovens or "Hornos" for 36 to 54 hours then milled to extract the concentrated agave juice and separate the fibres, which are washed with deionized/ reverse osmosis treated water.
