This outstanding gin is created with a unique two-step process. Real rhubarb juice and ginger have been distilled in a vacuum still. This process allows the true flavours to come through creating a world-class gin. Keep it simple with a generous amount of ice, a double measure topped with ginger ale or a Mediterranean light tonic and finished with a twist of lemon.

Wessex Distillery is a family-run, local craft gin distillery based in the heart of Surrey Hills. The multi-award-winning distillery specialises in producing premium gins, using botanicals sourced from the beautiful English countryside. They explore the different flavours of fruits, berries and plants known to be available in Wessex in the Middle Ages to incorporate them into their creations. Their flavours speak for themselves & their bottlings are stunning inside and out! The original shape was inspired by ancient potion bottles. The coin that hangs around the neck of the bottle is a replica of an Alfred the Great coin, of which the Distillery possesses one of three remaining. Interestingly this was the first coin to have a monarch's face presented on it. The Wessex logo is a Wyvern which is the symbol of Wessex and it wraps around the iconic Wessex Gin goblet.
