A particularly successful Panamanian rum, bottled by Samaroli. Distilled in 2000, the cask #7 was shipped to Scotland for maturation. Under constant observation, the rum matured until it was finally considered to be ready for bottling in spring 2021. With only 260 bottles produced, this is another unique edition of Samaroli's rum range.

Hints of freshly worn tissue and alum are the prelude to the primary flavours of cocoa powder and sun-dried Caribbean chlorophyll.
Herbaceous and delicate menthol flavours are balanced by a combination of sweet ginger cake, juicy melon and baking spices.
Long lasting and delicious finish with hints of cocoa and yeast.
