For this creation, Spirited Union infused their Barbados rum with four fine botanicals. Through a maceration process of 55 days, delicate aromas of Guatemalan cardamom are extracted to bring out bright, citrus and floral notes. Cloves and vanilla from Madagascar for their sweet and spicy aromas and Peruvian cacao for its deep richness. Finally, a pinch of Añana sea salt is added to enhance the flavours and aromas. The salt's great purity and high mineral content perfectly compliment the deep flavours of the rum.
