La Doma is the first release from Zacapa's Heavenly Cask Collection. It is composed of a blend of rums between 6 and 24 years old. This rum was bottled in 2021 and aged in a combination of American ex-whiskey, Sherry and Pedro Ximénez casks. Zacapa's Heavenly Cask Collection is a limited-edition series featuring four remarkable rums, each released yearly and designed to celebrate the ageing process that makes Zacapa so special. Every bottle in this collection is made according to the traditional Solera system.
