A Pure Single Agricole Rum, distilled in 2010 by Gianni Vittorio Capovilla at the Bielle distillery located on the island of Marie Galante in Guadeloupe. Rhum Rhum Version Integrale was matured in Burgundy casks until 2017, bottled in small batches at full proof of 58.4% Vol. by independent bottler Luca Gargano. “Liberation” designates the bottling year rather than its distillation year.
Tasting notes
At first, loads of balsamic notes, a few minutes later a strong bouquet of sweet dried fruit, dark chocolate and spices. The palate is powerful yet harmonious, this Agricole rum has an elegant, soft and rich character.
