A small-batch bourbon whiskey aged in new charred American Oak cask and bottled at 94 proof. Willett Pot Still Reserve is a very elegant and mild Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey produced in a Pot Still. Each bottle is numbered and sealed with a label that shows the number of the barrel where it was matured.

Vanilla lemon cake, smooth and elegant.
The mash for this bourbon consists of a relatively high amount of rye and barley so the aromas of vanilla and oak are supplemented by spicy notes of coconut, cinnamon, fennel and mint.
Medium long and mild.
