Independent bottler Chapter 7 presents a rich single malt whisky, distilled in September 2011, matured for 11 years in a single Bourbon cask# 307367 & bottled in Scotland in May 2022. The Dailuaine distillery is known for producing robust malts due to a long fermentation process, quick distillation, and stainless steel condensers. Most of their output is used to blend Johnny Walker, with only 2% sold as single malts. Dailuaine is part of the Monologue series. The series features unique whiskies from a specific distillery aged in single casks. This release is a limited edition of 309 bottles.
