A rich, fruity and robust expression with extraordinary consistency and character. Its harmonious taste comes from the intense marrying period of 18 years in Spanish Oloroso and American oak cask. Every batch is married in small batches of no more than 150 cask and individually numbered.
Tasting notes
Intense aromas of ripe orchard fruit, baked apple and oak.
Luscious notes of dried fruit, candy peel and dates overlaid with elegant oak notes.
Glenfiddich was created in the summer of 1886 when William Grant together with his seven sons and two daughters began to fulfil his lifelong dream: to produce the best whisky in the valley. Today the distillery is still run by the family and has preserved the innovative character of its founder, driven by determination and pioneering through five generations.
