Independent bottler Rest & Be Thankful presents a Small Batch, Peated, Single Malt Scotch Whisky from the InchDairnie distillery. Made from Malted barley from Yorkshire, UK. Distilled in January 2017, matured for five years in ex-Islay bourbon casks and finished in Sherry Oloroso Butts. Unchill-filtered & free of artificial colour. A total of 6 casks were filled, yielding 4998 bottles. Finglassie 2017 Batch #1 was bottled in September 2022 at 46% volume. Over 80 expressions of single casks from the most prestigious Scottish distilleries including Macallan, Bruichladdich, and Springbank, amongst others, have been released under the label.Named after two beautiful sites, one located in Loch Lomond National Park in Scotland and the other in Cockpit Country in Jamaica.
