A single malt whisky from the iconic distillery of the Orkney Islands, aged for five years in Chateau Latour wine barrels. Bottled by independent bottler Whisky is the limit at 60.8% from a single cask No. 240/2016. This is a limited release of 440 bottles.
Tasting notes
Highland Park whiskies are known for their balanced, floral and smoky aromas, coming from the dense, heather rich peat used by the distillery. The maturation in the wine cask has added rich flavours that overflow the palate with red fruits and citrus flavours.
