The Tomintoul distillery is known for its signature "gentle single malt". Key components such as the natural environment, fresh air and pure water contribute to the smooth and mellow character of the spirit. This edition was distilled in September 2010 and bottled in October 2021 by independent bottler WITL at 56.8% from a single cask No. 128/2010. All of his whiskies a non-chill-filtered and free of artificial colouring. Limited, only 409 bottles were released worldwide.
Tasting notes
A pastry whisky with rich notes of cereal, vanilla, caramel and wood. The base is warmed up by a peppery, slightly spicy attack.
