C. Dully Selection’s Edrington Blend (Macallan & Highland Park) 1993 is a blended malt bottled at 53.2% volume. MATURATION: The single malts came from Edrington Group stocks. They were blended before spending 27 years together in hogshead number 13. SUGGESTIONS: Serve neat in a tulip glass, adding water a few drops at a time to reduce the strength. Pair with aged Gruyère.

Concentrated cola syrup and chocolate with a lightly drying, prickling texture.

Christian Dully and Pascal Galli began hosting comparative whisky tastings in 2016. Dully established his Swiss independent bottling house three years later.The pair travel to Scotland to select casks, mainly single malts, and also bottle Armagnac, Cognac and Pineau de Charentes. Their bottlings are neither chill-filtered nor coloured.
