Lestofante is one of the rare "white ripassos" made entirely from Ligurian grapes. This wine is made from 100% Vermentino grapes, specifically: IS THIS IT 2022, from the Wine Brewers. This wine is briefly matured in wood and then is passed over the pomace of Moscatello di Taggia Passito.
Tasting notes
This wine has fresh, vivid aromas of Moscatello Passito. Yet, the palate feels light, like a white wine, finishing with a hint of residual sugar.
