This elegant wine pairs well with meat dishes and, of course, good company! Dominio Cusiné is a Microcuvée blend of 66% Tempranillo, 20% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 6% Syrah, sourced from certified organic and Biodynamic Demeter vineyards. Each grape variety is macerated and fermented separately in 400-litre new French oak barrels under controlled temperatures of 19-23°C. Depending on the variety, fermentation lasts between 20 and 28 days. Aged 24 months in new French Allier oak barrels.
