The first peated single malt London whisky from the Bimber distillery and a limited release of only 1140 numbered bottles. This extraordinary whisky was made from 100% single-farm-grown barley, dried with a mix of wet and dry Aberdeenshire peat. Mashed and fermented at the distillery's iconic in-house washbacks and distilled in directly-fired alembic pot stills. Four casks were married together to create the 1st Peated, Cask#463, #464, #470 & #471. Total PPM 14.4, non-chill filtered & natural coloured.
