A single malt, single cask whisky made from 100% malted barley. Double distilled and matured in sherry, cognac, and sauternes casks, these barrels give the whisky its roundness and mellow notes of ripe fruit. It pairs perfectly with dessert or as an aperitive. 92 Points at the Whisky Advocate - Top Ten Fall 2018

The Grallet-Dupic Distillery dates back to 1877 when Amable and Ophélie Grallet established a cereal farm. Today, the distillery is still run by the same family. For its peaty malts, the distillery uses locally grown barley. Their whiskies are double distilled in Charentais pot stills and matured in casks from all over the world. Their creations are inspired by the natural beauty of the Lorraine region's nature, where conditions for the production of whisky are ideal. From harvest to bottling, the whole process is made in-house under the family's care and supervision.
