Chopin presents an ultra-premium vodka. Made from potatoes planted during the growing season in 2016 in the rich, dark soil of the estate fields surrounding the distillery. The potatoes are grown free of chemicals or pesticides and harvested at an early stage to produce a sweet spirit with earthy notes. After distillation, this vodka matured for two years in fifty-year-old Polish oak barrels.
