The agave juice is extracted using the traditional Tahona method—a labour-intensive process that preserves the full spectrum of agave flavours and yields a spirit with remarkable body and character. This Unoaked expression is matured for ten years in 200-litre stainless steel tanks, ensuring the spirit retains its pure, vibrant agave profile without influence from the wood. Each batch is single-origin, single-vintage, highlighting terroir and artisanal techniques.
