Distilled from the finest marcs of Amarone, Cabernet and Prosecco grapes, which had been aged at least 10 years in small Slovenian and limousine oak casks. For this grappa, only a few of the best barrels have been selected.

The Distelleria Bottega was founded in 1977 by Rosina and Aldo Bottega. It is one of the most renowned distilleries in Italy, using environmentally conscious methods of production such as geothermal conditioning, thermal energy generated by biomass, and ecological packaging.
