A refined cider elaborated using over 50 varieties of apples. The bitter apples give structure and body to the cider, sweet varieties bring aromas whereas sour apples give freshness and delicacy. One of the 3 cidres we've ever tasted at FiGee. We highly recommend it!
Tasting notes
Lelouvier Cider is delicate, fruity and refreshing. Enjoy it by itself or during a meal. It pairs well to terrines, fish, veal, pork, poultry and apple desserts. It is better served cool at around 8°C in a wine glass.
