Unicorn Gin is a delicate gin with a stunning violet colour and sparkly glittery look. Created by three young entrepreneurs Sandro Gianini, Moreno Gasser and Alain Illi in a special collaboration with renowned Chef Meta Hiltebrand. This gin is produced in Switzerland in a distillery that has been crafting fine small-batch spirits since 1894.
Tasting notes
Delicate with pleasant notes of rosemary followed by sweet hints of blackberries and a faint note of juniper berry. Shake well before serving to get the glamorous edible glitter to shine into the glass!
