A classic rum created by Master Blender Joy Spence, the rums chosen for this blend were made with Jamaican limestone-filtered water, double distilled in pot and column stills with no added flavours, and have all been aged for a minimum of 12 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica.
Tasting notes
Deep bronze with a honey gold rim.
Notes of oak, dried fruit, and orange.
The palate agrees with the nose, followed by creamy vanilla, molasses and orange peel notes with hints of toasted oak.
Mild finish with a slightly bittersweet aftertaste
