The first release in the range, Havana Club Professional Edition A, is composed of a blend of 3 - 4 year old white molasses rums, rested for 6 months in American oak barrels. It was developed in collaboration with the Cuban Bartender Association to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the iconic El Floridita bar. The Professional series was created in close collaboration with leading bar innovators, with each expression offering a distinct style and flavour profile. From the refinement of Edición A and the smoky character of Edición B to the rich aromas of Edición C and the fresh, cane-driven style of Edición D, the range is ideal for sipping neat or for modern cocktails, making it a versatile choice for mixologists and cocktail enthusiasts.
