Launched in October 2019, the third release in the range, Edition C, is composed of 12 year old gold molasses rums aged in 40-year-old white oak barrels. The Havana Club Professional series was created in close collaboration with leading bar innovators, with each expression offering a distinct style and flavour profile. From the refinement of Edición A and the smoky character of Edición B to the rich aromas of Edición C and the fresh, cane-driven style of Edición D, the range is ideal for sipping neat or for modern cocktails, making it a versatile choice for mixologists and cocktail enthusiasts.
