Lallier Rosé is composed of a grape Variety: 65% pinot noir, 35% Chardonnay of which 80% are base wines from a specific year & 20% are two to three year old reserve wines. The blend combines the fullness and intense character of the Pinot Noir with the emblematic freshness of the Chardonnay Lallier Rosé is matured for 36 months.
Tasting notes
Fruity notes of fresh cherries, redcurrants and raspberries, combined with delicate hints of fresh apple and mandarin.
Intense freshness takes over with floral and red fruits notes.
The finish has a nice acidic and salty length.
