The third release of the Small Batch Series was created from a vatting of casks exclusively aged in Bourbon Barrels and individually selected by the Bimber's Master distiller. The Barrels are made from Quercus Alba, a type of wood that complements the underlying character of the approachable, fruit-forward spirit, imparting sweet, rich flavours with a balanced spiciness. Batch No.003 is limited, only 5000 bottles are available worldwide.

The Bimber Distillery was founded by whisky enthusiasts with a mission to produce high-quality single malt whisky with character, using traditional methods rarely seen today. The journey begins at their single farm, where 100% of their barley is grown. It is then traditionally floor malted, hand mashed and fermented slowly for seven days in wooden washbacks, handmade at their own cooperage. Using direct fire to heat the small copper pot stills and maturing the whisky in hand-selected casks. Finally, the whisky is bottled on-site at the distillery.
