Aarver is distilled with pine as an essential ingredient and infused with herbs and citrus fruits to create a balanced mixture for a contemporary gin. The recipe includes Swiss pine, larch, and fir from the Engadin. Douglas fir, Swiss alpine mint, thyme, and organic forest fruits from Switzerland. Plus, organic juniper, grapefruit, and Amalfi lemon sourced from Italy.
