Sotol Padre de las Serpientes is a traditional Mexican distillate made from Dasylirion, a succulent plant that grows wildly in the desert of Northern Mexico.
Dasylirion thrives in harsh desert conditions. Its roots delve deep into the dry soil, absorbing every raindrop bestowed by nature. This plant grows for 18 to 22 years before it can be distilled.
Sotol Padre de las Serpientes Batch No.2 was distilled in Chihuahua in 2023. This is a limited edition of 5100 numbered bottles.

Padre de los Jaguares is Mexican spirit crafted from Blue Agave grown in the state of Jalisco, western Mexico.

Gin Selva is the first London dry gin produced in Colombia!
• Produced in small batches and distilled in Cartagena.
• Made with Bulgarian juniper berries and a mix of native fruits, herbs, and spices, including Corozo or small palm fruit, raw fermented cacao and a hybrid citrus fruit called limon Mandarino.
• Selva Gin is a collaboration between two bartenders and a Colombian chef in partnership with Turicum Distillery in Zurich, Switzerland.
• The bottle is crafted from 100% recycled wine glass, giving each bottle a unique colour.
Villa Bucci Classico 2021 is made from 100% organic Verdicchio grapes, cultivated within five vineyards with different exposures and altitudes ranging from 220 to 380 meters above sea level.
This is an excellent aperitif white wine; it also pairs well with fish pasta and risotto, fish soups, white meats and fresh cheeses.
VINIFICATION:
Each vineyard undergoes separate vinification, employing manual harvesting with gentle pressing and selecting only the initial press. There is no contact with the skins during this process.
The grapes are left on the lees until spring and malolactic fermentation is not induced, allowing the wine to develop naturally. Vinification occurs in steel tanks. During bottling, wines from various vineyards are blended to maintain consistency in style as much as possible.
Le Piane Boca D.O.C 2007 is made from a blend of 85% Nebbiolo grapes and 15% Vespolina grapes, sourced from 30 to 50-year-old vineyards with mineral-rich soils of volcanic porphyric gravel.
The grapes undergo a long fermentation process with their skins in open steel and wood casks. The malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously in wooden barrels following the harvest during springtime.
After 3-4 years, the wine is bottled without filtration or fining, and it is then allowed to rest for an additional six months before being made available for sale.
