Each cask takes around six years to craft, and both the box and label are made from oak chippings, a by-product of the cask-making process.
Made from a blend of 85% Nebbiolo grapes and 15% Vespolina grapes, sourced from 30 to 50-year-old vineyards with mineral-rich soils of volcanic porphyric gravel.
The grapes undergo a long fermentation process with their skins in open steel and wood casks. The malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously in wooden barrels following the harvest during springtime.

Distilled in November 2004, matured 18 years in a single ex-bourbon barrel, Cask # 1434. In order to preserve its natural character and depth, this whisky was bottled in July 2023 at a cask strength of 53.2%, unchill-filtered and free from artificial colour.
For this release, independent bottler Rest and Be Thankful brings an experimental bottling that reflects the distinct character of Bruichladdich and the richness of Rivesaltes, a fortified wine with high residual sugar known for its dessert-like tasting profile.
This Bruichladdich patiently matured 18 years in an Ex-Rivesaltes Wine Hogshead cask and was bottled at a robust cask strength of 61.9% to keep its full, intense flavours.

Històric Gran Reserva Brut Nature is a refined Cava made of a traditional blend of 60% Xarel·lo, 20% Macabeu, and 20% Parellada from organic, Biodynamic and Demeter vineyards.
These grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks for two weeks.
The second fermentation happens in the bottle, following the traditional method, and it is aged for a minimum of 36 months—no oak maturation.

Made exclusively from Xarel-lo grapes, a variety indigenous to the Penedès region. The grapes come from vineyards over 80 years old, located in areas with special soils and microclimates.
After a light maceration of four hours, the grapes are gently pressed and then fermented in New and 2nd-year French Allier and Hungarian barrels for 18 days at an average temperature of 17 °C.
After the fermentation, the wine matures in the same barrels for four months on the lees and with periodic ba^tonnage.
Floral and intense, this microcuvée is full and rich, with notes of ripe citrus fruits followed by a nice acidity that brings balance into the wine, leading to good ageing potential.

This extraordinary Swiss white wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, grown in Piano di Magadino, Ticino. The vineyards located at 200 metres above sea level are planted in rows according to the 'Guyot' method, the average age of the vines is eight years.
During the growing season, the vines benefit from a very long period of sunshine and, in summer, from the warm twilight sun and the evening breeze from Lake Maggiore.
Sarabande is matured in barriques and stainless steel tanks for seven months. Depending on the vintage, the acidic fermentation is carried out partially or completely organically.
This wine is filtered before bottling. The alcohol content is between 12.5% and 13%. Prior to release, the bottled wine is kept in a warehouse at a constant temperature for at least six months.
