LDV — L'Eau de Vodka — is the new Swiss luxury vodka from Swiss Spirits, Zürich. Crafted with Swiss alpine herbs and crystal-clear spring water drawn from the Alpine mountain massif, it pours silky-clean at 40% volume in a minimalist bottle finished with a crystal-studded closure. A vodka built equally for a slow neat pour or a serious cocktail base.
DISTILLATION: an eightfold distillation paired with a six-stage filtration through Swiss rock crystals — a process designed for maximum mildness and a flawless, neutral character. 100% produced and bottled in Switzerland, certified to the highest food-production standards.
SERVING: serve straight from the freezer in a small chilled glass, or stirred over a single large ice cube to let the alpine-herb whisper come forward. Ideal in a Martini — 6 cl LDV, 1 cl La Quintinye Vermouth Royal Dry, stirred over ice, strained into a chilled coupe with a lemon twist. The silky-clean profile also holds in a Bianco-style serve — 5 cl LDV with 2 cl Antica Torino Bianco over ice, orange peel.
Samaroli Orkney is an elegant single malt whisky, pot distilled in 2006, matured for 18 years in a single cask #62, and bottled in 2024 in Scotland by independent bottler Samaroli.
Coming from a resticted distillery in the Orkney Islands (HP), this whisky combines gentle coastal notes with a light touch of peat. Samaroli’s minimal intervention approach allows the whisky’s natural flavours and cask influence to remain pure and well-defined.
This is a limited edition ideal for collectors focused on independent bottlings and age-stated releases.
A rare Speyside single malt, single-cask release from a lost distillery, selected and bottled by the renowned Italian independent bottler Samaroli. Imperial 1998 / 2023 was drawn from a single ex-Bourbon barrel #100898 and was bottled in Scotland in 2023.
This extremely limited release, with only 175 bottles available worldwide, is an epic bottling for connoisseurs and whisky collectors from closed distilleries. Imperial 1998 is part of Samaroli’s Magnifico Series, featuring elegant, cask-driven expressions.
North British 1994/2024, an extraordinary single grain whisky, drawn from a single ex-Laphroaig Quarter Cask. Matured for 30 years and bottled by independent bottler Samaroli. This is a limited-edition release of only 180 bottles.
• Single cask # 80
How does the ex-Laphroaig Quarter Cask influence the flavour? There is a subtle, delicate smoke, present and integrated rather than dominant.
The peat intensity is lower: after the cask has been used, much of the heavy phenolic punch is already reduced, so the impact is more restrained than in a first-fill, peated-malt release.
The 2019 Cava Blanca Cusiné vintage is a sparkling wine, composed of three grape varieties: 83% Xarel·lo, 7% Chardonnay, and 10% Pinot Noir.
These grapes were hand-harvested from vineyards cultivated using organic, biodynamic, and Demeter farming methods. They also benefited from special soils and microclimates ideal for producing refined wines.
• This elegant Microcuvee is produced in limited quantities.
• Chardonnay and Xarel·lo are fermented separately in stainless steel vats at 16 °C.
• Pinot noir is vinified on lees for two months with batonnage three times a week.
• Cava Blanca Cusiné is made according to the traditional method: second fermentation in the bottle with a minimum ageing period of 80 months.
• The vineyards range between 17 and 41 years old.
• Minimal intervention in the cellar.
• Cava Blanca pairs perfectly with any dish from beginning to end.
Chapter 7 Blair Athol 2011 is a single-cask Highland single malt bottled by indie bottler Chapter 7 — distilled November 2011 at Blair Athol Distillery, matured in bourbon hogshead #308058, bottled October 2022 at 50.5% volume. A total of 313 bottles, natural colour, non-chill-filtered. Blair Athol, Pitlochry's principal distillery and a key component in the Bell's blend, is rarely seen as a single cask at age; Chapter 7's Monologue series isolates the distillery's gentle, fruit-forward malt character in its clearest form.
MATURATION: eleven years in a bourbon hogshead allow Blair Athol's naturally expressive fruit character to develop without the interference of heavy wood: fresh orange and tangerine on the nose, floral honey and custard in the mid, with dark chocolate and espresso appearing in the background. On the palate, the fruit is vibrant — orange juice, ripe pear — supported by vanilla, raisins and a whisper of cornbread from the American oak. The 50.5% volume at natural strength preserves the hogshead's contribution in full.
SERVING: serve neat in a Glencairn at room temperature — this is a gentle, expressive dram that doesn't need complexity to impress. Allow three minutes: the orange and floral notes settle into a warm custard and vanilla palate. Five drops of water open the raisins and dark chocolate in the background and add length to the finish.
The Islay 2025 Release in Samaroli's annual programme is a single cask of Caol Ila matured under the bottler's "publishing house" discipline — non-chill-filtered, natural colour, bottled in Scotland at 45% volume with only 414 bottles.
MATURATION: a single first-fill Madeira hogshead drawn from the 2025 selection, after seven years in oak. The wood brings tropical fruit, candied citrus and a winey lift that contrasts the soft, medicinal peat of the underlying Islay distillate without overwhelming it. Smoke remains the architecture; tropical sweetness fits inside it.
SERVING: pour neat into a Glencairn at room temperature; the Madeira-smoke axis rewards a slow nose before the first sip. Five to eight drops of cool water lift the tropical fruit. At the table it pairs with smoked duck, dark-glazed pork ribs, or a long-aged Manchego where the salt-and-fruit profile finds traction. With a cigar, reach for a Honduran or Nicaraguan habano-seed.
Chapter 7 Caol Ila 2012 is a single-cask Islay single malt from the Monologue series — bottled October 2025 at 48.4% volume. Just 85 bottles, natural colour, non-chill-filtered.
MATURATION: ten years in a single Pedro Ximénez sherry cask, then transferred to glass demijohns in 2022 to lock in the distillery character before finishing for several months in a Burnobennie Scottish Rum octave cask.
SERVING: serve neat in a Glencairn at room temperature; allow five minutes for the glass to open. Three drops of cool water unlock a deeper register without dampening the coastal profile. A serious dram for the patient drinker — paired with a Honduran corojo cigar.
Lucien Aviet & Fils (Caveau de Bacchus) crafts this single-parcel Jura red in Montigny-lès-Arsures, the historic Trousseau capital. The cuvée blends two estate sites — Ruzard on flinty argiles à chailles at altitude, and Rosière on grey marls with full south-facing exposure. The warm 2020 vintage delivers rare balance for this demanding grape: generous ripe fruit without heaviness, fine tannins, and the clean mineral signature of Jura's continental soils. 13% volume, 4,333 bottles produced.
WINEMAKING: whole-cluster and destemmed grapes are co-fermented in old wood vats with indigenous yeasts, then aged twelve months in old foudres — no new oak, no élevage artifice. The Caveau de Bacchus style is one of honesty and restraint: minimal intervention lets the Ruzard and Rosière parcels speak for themselves. Natural acidity is preserved; no chaptalisation in this warm year.
FOOD PAIRING: Trousseau at this level calls for the Jura table — a proper braised veal with morels, a thick slice of smoked Morteau sausage, or a terrine de campagne. Among cheeses, aged Comté (24 months or more) is the classic match: the wine's minerality meets the cheese's crystalline texture and butterscotch depth. Also worth trying alongside a chicken roasted with vin jaune and cream — a regional combination that showcases the Trousseau's adaptability at the table.
A single-cask rum from Destilería Colombiana, distilled in 2002 and bottled in Scotland in 2024. Made from Sugar cane honey, distilled in Column & Pot Still.
Samaroli Colombia 2002/2024 was drawn from an ex-bourbon barrel after 22 years of tropical ageing. This is a limited-edition with only 216 bottles available worldwide.
- Single Cask #23111
What does “tropical ageing” change in the glass?
Ageing in a warm climate often accelerates interaction with oak, helping develop richer caramelised tones, deeper spice, and more pronounced wood notes.
How do column and pot still distillates show up here?
The profile combines a clean structure with rounder, more textured flavours, especially after long maturation.
Independent bottler Samaroli presents a single cask Jamaican rum, distilled at Hampden Estate in 2012 and bottled in Scotland in 2024. This rum matured in an ex-bourbon barrel for 12 years, including 5 years of tropical ageing.

HOW IS DICTADOR GAME CHANGER MADE?

CASK AND MATURATION DETAIL

Matured in the Caribbean Sea, where coastal conditions help shape its layered profile. The blend is drawn from the Parra family’s reserves and selected under the guidance of master blender Hernán Parra.

Demerara rums are rooted in Guyana’s long-established rum-making heritage, where producers focus on structured, full-bodied molasses distillates built for complexity over time.
Mas Irene is a Spanish, Microcuvée red wine composed of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, from vineyards located at 400 and 315 meters above sea level.
The grapes are cultivated in organic, Demeter, and biodynamic vineyards. A flock of sheep fertilises the land, and a local honeycomb pollinates the grape flowers.
After the harvest, the grapes are removed from their vats for cold maceration at 8 °C for 5 days. The two varieties are then fermented separately at 25 °C for 4 weeks under controlled conditions.
This wine is aged at least 13 months in French Allier oak barrels and 12 months in the bottle.
The 11th release in the Master’s Collection is a unique bottling.
The whiskey is fully matured, then finished for two years in ex-brandy casks. Since brandy casks can be reused (unlike the new, charred barrels required for bourbon), this bottling is not technically a bourbon. It’s a finished whiskey shaped by brandy-cask oak.
Woodford Reserve Master’s Collection Brandy Finish is part of a limited, small-batch series in which the distillery explores ideas beyond the core range. Each release highlights one clear variation—such as a new mash bill, a different cask finish, or an alternative ageing style—resulting in a distinctive, one-off flavour profile that appeals to whisky collectors.
For the 12th release in the series, Master Distiller Chris Morris took a different approach. Instead of the usual Woodford’s malted barley, he adjusted the grain recipe by choosing a special malt smoked with cherry wood during kilning, adding a deeper, richer character to the final profile.
Woodford Reserve Bourbon Cherry Wood Smoked Barley is part of a limited small-batch series in which the distillery explores ideas beyond the core range. Each release highlights one clear variation—such as a new mash bill, a different cask finish, or an alternative ageing style—resulting in a distinctive, one-off flavour profile that appeals to whisky collectors.
The bar’s liqueur. Crafted by women's hands, created at the iconic Olé Olé Bar in Zurich Langstrasse. Olé Olé Liq is the first house-made sour-cherry liqueur of the venue—created under the direction of owners Sonja Huwiler and Elena Nierlich.
They pressed the cherries to get the juice and aroma. What ferments for a long time becomes sweet in the end. That’s the secret—more or less. Everything else: top secret, sealed under a screw cap. The “Swiss recipe secret” lives on.
So: made from cherries, not from “women’s hands.” Because Zurich’s Olé Olé Bar has always been women-run—an island of matriarchy on Langstrasse. Plus, the previous owners, Rita, Helen, and Walthi—well - yes, also the son of a woman - poured their guests the famous “Herzwässerli.” Now it’s back: the bar’s liqueur.
Produced according to traditional liqueur-making methods, selected sour cherries are macerated in alcohol and sugar, then filtered and refined in steel barrels.
