Le Piane Boca D.O.C 2007 is made from a blend of 85% Nebbiolo grapes and 15% Vespolina grapes, sourced from 30 to 50-year-old vineyards with mineral-rich soils of volcanic porphyric gravel.
The grapes undergo a long fermentation process with their skins in open steel and wood casks. The malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously in wooden barrels following the harvest during springtime.
After 3-4 years, the wine is bottled without filtration or fining, and it is then allowed to rest for an additional six months before being made available for sale.
Argenina Chianti Classico is made from a handpicked selection of 100% organic, Sangiovese grapes grown in vineyards located 310-375 meters above sea level. These vineyards, aged between 15 and 30 years, yield exceptional fruit.
The grapes are fermented in steel vats at low temperatures to retain intensity and aroma, then aged in small oak barrels or used barriques.
Villa Donoratico Bolgheri D.O.C Rosso 2018 is a consistent and complex red wine deeply linked to its area of origin. This versatile wine pairs well with roasts, red meat, game, and medium-mature cheeses.
The vineyard is located beyond the Avenue of Pines and the Villa Serristori, and it traces the boundary between the hot summer heat and the cool breeze of the dense vegetation. The roots of the plants find their nourishment from the subsoil, which ranges from sand to stone. This unique combination gives the wine its distinct mineral character.
Composition:
50% Cabernet Sauvignon
30% Merlot
15% Cabernet Franc
5% Petit Verdot
The grapes are carefully handpicked and sorted twice before being sent to the tanks. Each grape variety is fermented and macerated separately in stainless steel tanks for about 20 to 25 days while maintaining a controlled temperature that does not exceed 28°C.
After the malolactic fermentation, 80% of the wine is aged in 500-liter French and Austrian oak tonneaux, while the remaining 20% is aged in 225-liter French oak barriques. Finally, the wine is refined in the bottle.

Barbera is a staple grape from Piedmont in Northern Italy, the variety is robust and it can easily acclimate to different regions. Unlike other red grapes varieties, this one has a relatively long hang time on the vine, which contributes to the dense flavours of the wine.
The 2018 Cvrsvs Vitae has well-defined acidity, making it the ideal pairing to duck, goose and dark meat dishes. The style of wine is pleasant, easy to drink with intense aromas. The producer Carlin de Paolo focuses on low yields and ages the wine for over a year in small wooden barrels to attain more structure and maturity.
Serving temperature: 16-18 degrees. Drinking maturity: within 3 - 5 years. Open the bottle at least 1 hour before and serve at 18°C in red wine glasses. Composition: 100% Barbera grapes.
