Made from 100% Merlot grapes, grown in Contone and Cugnasco, Ticino. The vineyards located between 220 and 250 metres above sea level are planted in rows according to the 'Guyot' method, the average age of the vines is 30 years.
During the growing season, the vines benefit from a very long period of sunshine. In summer from the warm twilight sun and the evening breeze from Lake Maggiore.
Stella is matured for twelve months, 60% in old oak barriques and 40 in new oak barriques. Before its release, the bottled wine is kept in the warehouse at a constant temperature for a year or more.
This wine is unfiltered, therefore some sediment might be present.
Le Cime Vino Rosso is produced by Vino Hauser, a swiss producer located in Ticino. Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc and other grape varieties are grown in more than 20 different vineyards. The vineyards are cultivated on sandy, clayey soils on a granite base.
Le Cime Rosso is composed of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petite Verdot wines matured for 20 to 24 months in new French barriques. This wine manifests its full harmony and balanced elegance only after a few years of bottle ageing.

Les Ravines plot is located in the commune of Auvernier. The parcel overlooks the lake benefiting from exceptional high sun exposure and clayey-limestone soil. The elegant character of this wine is expressed through fruity notes of wild berries and spicy wood aromas. Aged for 24 months in oak barrels and produced in limited quantities.
