The youngest of DOW'S Aged Tawny Collection, aged for ten years in the Boa Vista Lodge.
The collection displays the singular identity of the wines, by balancing the wood character with the original fine fruit flavours of the grapes.
Despite its age, this young wine contains vibrant fruit flavours combined with an intense complexity coming from the prolonged ageing in well-seasoned oak barrels. Dow’s port wines are less sweet that other wines.
Dow’s 10 Year Old Tawny is a perfect match to sweet desserts, such as apple pie or chocolate mousse. Serve slightly chilled. It will last for up to one month once open.
As to be expected from Taylor, the quality of the fruits is extremely fine and highly concentrated, although the year seems to have given the wine an extra coat of density and heaviness. A familiar whiff of violet hangs over the wine along with rose petals and wild minty herbal aromas.
The 60s are known as the years of the "rebels" because of the cultural and ideological changes of the time. It is also a decade full of memorable wines that are almost impossible to find today. The Taylor’s Vintage Port 1961 has a striking balanced taste that is still pure and clear despite its many years of ageing in wood.

Palo Cortado is among the most special wines within the Jerez-Xèrés-Sherry Denomination of Origin. Despite undergoing the physical-chemical oxidative ageing process used for oloroso wines, the resulting product is somewhat of a cross between an oloroso and an amontillado.
The epitome of a Manzanilla Fino from the port of Sanlucar de Barrameda. Recently, the renowned Bodega Barbadillo began to use the very original label that brings back a style from the 19th century that slowly disappeared until recent times.
This wine pairs well with all kinds of tapas, fish dishes, smoked salmon, salads or nutty dishes. Serve cool as an aperitif or simply as a drinking treat.
This is Alvear's oldest, most dense sherry wine and a testament to their winemaking expertise. Crafted from Pedro Ximénez grapes, carefully dried on mats under the sun to intensify their flavours. Once the grapes are perfectly dried, they are pressed to produce an intensely rich must.
To maintain the wine's natural sweetness, alcohol is added to the must, halting fermentation. The wine is then aged in American oak barrels through the traditional criaderas and solera system, a meticulous ageing process that Alvear has perfected since 1830.
The result is a wine of exceptional depth, sweetness, and complexity.
This exquisite wine is meticulously crafted from Pedro Ximénez grapes, which are carefully dried on mats under the sun. Alvear Sherry Solera is then matured in American oak barrels using the time-honored criaderas and solera system, a traditional method that has been in practice since 1927.
A non-vintage wine elaborated from grapes that have been dried out in the sun, aged in American oak barrels, using the traditional system of criaderas and soleras. The PX 1927 is the winery's hallmark and a special selection from the winemaker of Bodegas Alvear.
In this wine, the Pedro Ximénez influence is less present, here we can reach the boundaries between a sweet and dry wine. Matured for more than 10 years in oak barrels. As opposed to the Fino, Alvear produces their Oloroso by impeding the development of the Velo de Flor, where a thin layer of yeast formes aiding the natural ageing process.
Due to the abundance of natural sugars in the Pedro Ximénez grapes, no alcohol is required at any stage of production or ageing.
A fine sherry with great depth and the typical Montilla grapey character. Made from unfortified Pedro Ximénez wine, that has matured for more than six years according to the natural ageing process Velo de flor and under the traditional Solera System.
It is worth mentioning that, as this wine is made from Pedro Ximénez grapes which are very rich in sugars, no alcohol is required at any stage of production or ageing.
A delicacy par excellence. This exquisite port wine harmonizes perfectly with dried fruits and chocolate desserts and is the perfect accompaniment to cigars. Ideal as a digestive.

Quinta de Roriz Vintage Port was the first to be made by Prats & Symington, who purchased the estate in 2009.
