Only 240 numbered bottles were released in June 2016. This single malt, single cask Speyside whisky has a well-balanced and elegant aromatic profile, with notes of balsamic, salt and malt complimented by wild honey, spices and a touch of licorice.
Distilled at the Glenburgie - Glenlivet distillery, founded in 1810 by William Paul under the name Kilnflat. In 2004 the old distillery was demolished and two stills were added, one year later it joined the Chivas Brothers. Today their whiskies are mainly used in blends, particularly in Ballantine's.
