Lallier R.020 is a multi-vintage brut champagne, featuring 81% from the 2020 harvest, complemented by reserve wines from 2018 and 2019.
Sourced from over 50 crus across renowned regions, including Côte des Blancs, Vallée de la Marne, and Montagne de Reims. The blend features 51% Chardonnay and 49% Pinot Noir, with grapes harvested early in late August 2020 to capture optimal intensity and freshness.

Belle Époque is an icon of the Perrier-Jouët House and is produced only in the finest years. The 2015 is another outstanding vintage cuvée celebrates the art of blending and the excellence of their vineyards.
Bourrée 2023 Bianco de Merlot is a fine Swiss white wine made from 100% Merlot grapes, produced in Contone under the Ticino D.O.C denomination.
After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed at low pressure (0.3 to 1.8 bar). In the first 20 hours, the juice is clarified and fined to preserve the flavours. The fermentation is made in closed steel tanks at a constant temperature below 18° for up to four weeks, helping to maintain the wine’s fresh aromas.
After fermentation, this wine matures in stainless steel tanks for seven months. Depending on the vintage, a partial or complete malolactic fermentation is carried out to soften the wine’s acidity. Before release, the wine rests in bottle for at least six months to develop harmony and balance.

Florio Semi Secco Riserva Superiore 2008 is composed of a blend of Grillo and Catarratto grapes hand-harvested overripe on the vine and grown in Sicilian vineyards located in the Trapani province under the DOC Marsala denomination. Fermented in cement tanks and matured 15 years in a single 25HL -21 SAG barrel in the Garibaldi Cellar, 129 meters from the sea.

Gratavimum 2PiR wine is made from organic, biodynamic and Demeter grown Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Carignan grapes. This wine goes perfectly with Mediterranean dishes.

Rosa Cusiné Cava Microcuvée is made from 100% Red Grenache grapes cultivated according to organic and Biodynamic farming. The vineyards are at 800 meters above sea level in the Penedès region.
Rosa Cusiné cava is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16 ºC for 16 days. The second fermentation in the bottle takes 48 months. There is no oak ageing.
The 2019 Gran Reserva vintage was produced in limited quantities.
Històric Gran Reserva Brut Nature is a refined Cava made of a traditional blend of 60% Xarel·lo, 20% Macabeu, and 20% Parellada from organic, Biodynamic and Demeter vineyards.
These grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks for two weeks.
The second fermentation happens in the bottle, following the traditional method, and it is aged for a minimum of 36 months—no oak maturation.
FOOD PAIRING: It goes well with rice dishes, stewed meats or serve by the glass.
Electio 2022 is part of a collection of Microcuvée wines, an exclusive selection of organic, demeter and biodynamic wines produced in very limited quantities, only in the best years.
Made exclusively from Xarel-lo grapes, a variety indigenous to the Penedès region. The grapes come from vineyards over 80 years old, located in areas with special soils and microclimates.
After a light maceration of four hours, the grapes are gently pressed and then fermented in New and 2nd-year French Allier and Hungarian barrels for 18 days at an average temperature of 17 °C.
After the fermentation, the wine matures in the same barrels for four months on the lees and with periodic ba^tonnage.
Floral and intense, this microcuvée is full and rich, with notes of ripe citrus fruits followed by a nice acidity that brings balance into the wine, leading to good ageing potential.
