An exceptional premium mezcal produced in small batches, only 500 bottles in 2014, each bottle is numbered and bottled in recycled hand blown glass. This is an artisanal mezcal 100% natural and organic, made with Agave Espadín that’s grown at least eight years and free-range turkey breast.
The agave is cooked in a traditional conical shaped oven. The juice obtained is fermented naturally in pine tubs using pure spring water from the mountains of San Juan del Rio, Oaxaca, then triple distilled in copper stills. On the last distillation, a breast of a free-range turkey is hanged over the still, a very traditional Mexican specialty in distilling.
